THE SERVICES
The Harmony School of Yoga has been providing services to its students and the general community since Harmony opened its doors in 1978.
For many the school has become a sanctuary providing a calm, comforting environment that can help them to both release, and find relief from, the stresses and tensions of their frenetic, fast paced daily lives - much needed "time out" for the mind, body and soul.
The services offered by the Harmony School of Yoga have been carefully selected to reflect and enhance the culture of the school.

PRIVATE CLASSES
Private classes are available for:
Consultations , Counselling - for personal or private issues on a one to one basis with Liz. Sessions are by appointment only. Duration 60 minutes. Please phone Liz on 9803 3494 for more information or to make a booking.
Hatha Yoga (postures) - a private 60 minute class ideal for those who want a one on one session or those with a specific problem or disability. Private classes of the same duration (60 minutes) are also available for Pranyama (breathing exercises) or Yoga Nidra (relaxation). All private classes are by appointment only. Healings Private healing sessions - either Spiritual Healing or Reiki ("hands on") are available on a one to one basis with Liz. Sessions are by appointment only. Duration 60 minutes. GENERAL SERVICES
"Harmony - The Corporate Yogi" - We come to your company and provide a program or series of programs customised to your needs and requirements.
Mobile Yogi - Enjoy yoga - why not organise like minded friends to join you - in the comfort of your own home. You decide when, where, how many and how often and we will deliver hatha yoga to your doorstep in a personal class specifically tailored and adapted to your needs and requirements. School Programs - For the past ten years we have been successfully introducing primary and secondary school students to the benefits of hatha yoga. We can offer a wide variety of workshops, class sessions and programs. Contact Liz on 9803 3494 for full details of the complete service we can offer your school. HEALERS AND HEALTH PRACTITIONERS
Healings - "Reiki" ("hands on") and Spiritual - Healing sessions incorporating both modalities are held regularly at the School for a nominal fee of $5.00 per person. Liz and several other students are practitioners of various forms of healing and would be delighted to be of service to you (Private healing sessions are available by appointment only.) As part of the Harmony School of Yoga services we offer the following facilities:
A comprehensive and extensive esoteric and yoga library as well as books on a range of related subjects - health, healing etc. The School also carries a range of relaxation tapes and cd's, yoga videos and dvd's available for purchase or lending.
